The cottage has an open-plan area downstairs with lounge, kitchen and dining area. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. This holiday cottage has recently been built and is fitted to a very high standard. This is an ideal holiday location for exploring Snowdonia and North Wales.

The downstairs of the cottage has an open-plan design with a well equipped fitted kitchen. There is a dining area with table and 4 chairs.

There is a comfortable lounge area with leather sofas, a TV with DVD and video, and an electric fire for those chilly winter evenings. There is also a cloakroom downstairs.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms. The double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with WC, basin and bath with shower over. The twin bedroom has an en-suite shower room with WC, basin and shower. There are views of the lake from the bedrooms.

Outside there is a patio with seating, and a shed that can be used for storing mountain bikes. There is private parking outside the cottage.
